Given that your profession (ENGINEERING and ARCHITECTURE), is also linked with the 2005-36-EC Directive is also relevant with the proceedings.
Re: Communication to the European Commission of “Employment, Social affairs and inclusion” and the News Agencies AFP, Reuters and Sputnik news.
Dear Mrs Marianne Thyssen
I am writing this letter in order to highlight to you the administration issue that arose in Greece as a consequence of the 64036/14 and 33900/15 ECHR case “Ioannis Tosounidis vs the UK”.
As a result of this case two Medical Councils (Serres and Athens) have refused to register me as a specialist doctor since july 2014 and my complaint to the “General Inspector of Public Administration” of the Greek Republic is ongoing.
However given the fact that my case is based on the 2005-EC-36 Directive of the EC I am asking you through this email the following:
1.The provisional exclusion of Greece and Greek citizens from the benefits of the 2005-36-EC until the case of the registration in medical councils in Greece has been investigated.
2. The “a al carte” examination of future cases of applicants from the Greek Republic in the various Medical Associations of the EU and not the immediate benefit from the provisions of the 2005-EC-36 in the various host nations.
This correspondence will be sent to major Broadcast News Agencies and eventually to all the Schengen and non-Schengen states and especially the Medical associations.
