Despite the fact that Ioannis Tosounidis should be flattered that a state (the UK) found itself  in need to create a whole ministry in order to contain the repercussions of the 64036/14 and 33900/15 ECHR case “Ioannis Tosounidis vs the UK”, the cold reality is that the UK is and will stay on trial constitutionally  by a foreign citizen at the ECHR for “as long as it takes”. The illusion to build a system of exploitation of highly trained EU migrants around this case are “castles in the wind” or  better in this case “wind-castles smashed by a bull”.
