Sent to Cambridge Addenbrookes University Hospital, the GMC, the newspaper Cambridge News, the Royal College of Pathologists, the Bar Council of UK, the European Commission and police authorities of Cambridgeshire in the UK, 15-2-2018

Athens, Greece

Dear Sir, Madam

This communication is sent to the Cambridge Addenbrookes University Hospital, the GMC, the newspaper Cambridge News, the Royal College of Pathologists, the Bar Council of UK, the European Commission and police authorities of Cambridgeshire in the UK.

With this letter I am asking formally the University Cambridge Hospital to preserve all the medical records of the patient CN (for the purposes of publicity this will appear as CN) which plays crucial role in Criminal investigation around my GMC FTP case. By that and according to all current pathology and hospital protocols I am asking the hospital to preserve the medical records, the IT infrastructure, the slides, the reports and any other relevant documents. I am informing the police authorities that any intervention on these should lead to “wilful neglect” criminal charges against any doctors and others involved.

These will play important role not only to future GMC proceedings in July 2019 but also supra-national proceedings around this case.

Regards

Dr Ioannis Tosounidis

Sent to the General Medical Council of the UK, the French Medical Council, the Canadian Medical Council, the American Medical Board, the Greek Medical Council, the Swiss Medical Council, the German Medical Council, the European Commission, the ECHR and the UNCHR-14-2-18

Athens, Greece, 14-2-2018

Dear Sir, Madam

This is sent to the General Medical Council of the UK, the French Medical Council, the Canadian Medical Council, the American Medical Board, the Greek Medical Council, the Swiss Medical Council, the German Medical Council, the European Commission, the ECHR and the UNCHR.

It refers to the decision of the Royal College of Pathologists to decide on the 3rd October 2014 to erase my qualification of FRCPATH with the decision which I am attaching.

I am attaching a previous email of mine from 14-8-2014  in which I informed the RCPath about my decision not to continue the annual subscription of 300 pounds to the Council given the Council’s attitude during my referral to the GMC by members of the RCPAth with various false allegations as well as the commission and participation of members of RCPath to the review of my work in the setting of the GMC investigation.

The legality of this unprecedented and dubious move (the erasure from previous gained qualification) under this circumstances needs to be examined as far as the validity is concerned by the British state, especially given that I also possess the CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) which is 1. Culmination of NTN-training, including the gaining of FRCPath and 2.  The 2005-36EC requirement for specialist doctor subscription to any Medical Council in Europe.

The escalation of this serious irregularity in civil terms (the erasure from a previous qualification) is redundant since this case is already in the knowledge of ECHR, UNCHR and ECJ.

Since this case will have enormous impact in other doctors too and it happens in the shadow of Brexit and the issue of the suicides of 28 doctors during professional investigations in the UK, this will be sent (together with the accompanying documents) to selected newspapers too.

It may also be part of an ongoing damages claim.

I therefore inform the other Medical Councils and states regarding these since they will have to take into account regarding the registration process.

I am also asking the central Authorities of the Medical Councils to inform the local Councils regarding my legal suitability to get a subscription in your state.

Regards

Dr Tosounidis
