Athens, Greece, 14-2-2018
Dear Sir, Madam
This is sent to the General Medical Council of the UK, the French Medical Council, the Canadian Medical Council, the American Medical Board, the Greek Medical Council, the Swiss Medical Council, the German Medical Council, the European Commission, the ECHR and the UNCHR.
It refers to the decision of the Royal College of Pathologists to decide on the 3rd October 2014 to erase my qualification of FRCPATH with the decision which I am attaching.
I am attaching a previous email of mine from 14-8-2014 in which I informed the RCPath about my decision not to continue the annual subscription of 300 pounds to the Council given the Council’s attitude during my referral to the GMC by members of the RCPAth with various false allegations as well as the commission and participation of members of RCPath to the review of my work in the setting of the GMC investigation.
The legality of this unprecedented and dubious move (the erasure from previous gained qualification) under this circumstances needs to be examined as far as the validity is concerned by the British state, especially given that I also possess the CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) which is 1. Culmination of NTN-training, including the gaining of FRCPath and 2. The 2005-36EC requirement for specialist doctor subscription to any Medical Council in Europe.
The escalation of this serious irregularity in civil terms (the erasure from a previous qualification) is redundant since this case is already in the knowledge of ECHR, UNCHR and ECJ.
Since this case will have enormous impact in other doctors too and it happens in the shadow of Brexit and the issue of the suicides of 28 doctors during professional investigations in the UK, this will be sent (together with the accompanying documents) to selected newspapers too.
It may also be part of an ongoing damages claim.
I therefore inform the other Medical Councils and states regarding these since they will have to take into account regarding the registration process.
I am also asking the central Authorities of the Medical Councils to inform the local Councils regarding my legal suitability to get a subscription in your state.
